I enjoyed the cozy feeling of the King Room Sofa Bed. The location offered plenty of dining options within walking distance, making it easy to grab a meal. The staff here were helpful, which I appreciated during my stay. However, there were some major issues. The bathroom wasn’t clean when I checked in. I found leftover items from the previous guest. I also had trouble with the air conditioning. it only blew cold air, making it uncomfortable during my stay. I expected better overall cleanliness and functionality from Courtyard, especially for the price I paid. The breakfast options seemed limited as well. It felt like they were understaffed during peak hours, which added to the frustration during my visit.

Family with kids beware

The location was nice because there are many stores in a plaza right in front of the hotel. Plus I liked that there was a pool and the room looked cozy.

great access to parks and restaurants for city walkers

During my recent stay, I appreciated how centrally situated the hotel was with excellent access to nearby parks like Roosevelt Forest, which is just over 3 km away and perfect for a leisurely walk, and the wonderful dining options within a short stroll, including Ruby Tuesday just a few steps away, making it easy to grab a bite between sightseeing. while the room was comfortable and spacious, I did notice some wear in the carpeting that could use an update.

the elevator was super slow (such a pain! ), but the indoor pool was really nice. my room had a microwave and a fridge (so handy! ). the staff were really accommodating during my stay.

My stay in the King Room with Sofa Bed was pretty cozy. The room had nice updated decor, and the setup felt comfortable overall. I loved having a coffee maker in the room for that morning boost. But the air conditioning wasn't very effective—my room got a bit too warm.
